JUNE 20, 2022
Please join us at the Alpha Rho Tau Member Meeting at 6:30 p.m. on June 20, 2022. The meeting will take place in Frossard Auditorium of the Hardesty Library at 96th and Memorial. Our speaker will be Carlene Wallace who will demonstrate her use of oils to create beautiful paintings of pets.
But on June 8, 2022, please be sure to join us for a reception to open our Member Exhibit at The Hive Gallery at 115 S. First St., Jenks, Oklahoma 74037. The reception will be from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. This exhibit is being judged by Jo Lynch and most work is for sale. Don't miss this opportunity to peruse beautiful art by local artists and perhaps find a piece just perfect for your home or for a gift.
And mark your calendars for our July 18 member meeting which will feature Ann Hill demonstrating her use of pastels. This meeting will also be the deadline for entering our August Exhibit at the TCC McKeon Center for Creativity. See the information and the entry form below. August 1 through Aug 29, 2022 Theme: Transitions and Phases
Whatever this means to you: The
past two plus years have certainly been full of transitions and phases dealing
with the Covid-19 pandemic, the political environment, social issues, aging,
changing seasons and weather events.

All
media accepted. Two-D art framed pieces no larger than 26 x 38”/ 1.5” Gallery wrapped
canvas accepted. Three dimensional work no more than 50 lbs for sculpture
and must fit on one of 8 pedestals.

Entry
fee: $20 for first entry, $10
for second entry. All entrants will have
one submission hung and if room allows a second one, according to the date entry
is submitted. No refunds

Entrants
must be members in good standing of Alpha Rho Tau Civic Art Association. Outstanding Membership fee of $35 must be paid
by or before July 18th.

of Artwork: Friday, July 29 10:AM to 12:00PM, (and July 30
if necessary) McKeon Center for Creativity, 9th and Boston, Tulsa,
OK. Parking allowed on any TCC lot or
use street parking.

Reception: August 5, 2022 (Friday) 5:00 - 7:00PM
Ribbons will be awarded at 5:30 PM.
Juror will be Dale Martin.
Refreshments provided.

up of Artwork: Tuesday, August 30, between 10:00AM and 12:00PM.
