This exhibit will be open to all visual fine arts
media. All entries to this show should be original with a limit of 3 per artist. There will be a $10.00 fee for each entry; with a size limit of
no more than 30 x 36, including the
frame. Each entry must be “gallery ready” to hang with picture wire and
labeled with the following information on the back: Title, Medium, Price,
Artist’s name and phone number. If bringing Gallery Wrap canvasses they must
be a minimum of 1” thick to be hung. Each participating artist will receive
invitations for our Artists’ Reception on Thursday, August 7th to
send to potential clients.
A.R.T. Exhibits Committee will be responsible
for hanging and arranging the exhibit. Every effort will be made to display
each piece of work favorably. The exhibit will be judged after hanging and the
ribbons will be awarded.

Location directions:
(Exit Creek Turnpike at 101st, or if not using turnpike, the
Univ. is 2½ miles East of Elm Pl. on 101st
St. The campus has two entrances off of 101st St. (New
Orleans) : From the West side it is almost all inside walking to exhibit area
with chairs in the lobby. East side is all outside walking, over a bridge and
into exhibit area.)
