Art in the Square, Utica Square, will be Saturday, October 6, 1212 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Alpha Rho Tau will participate as in the past with a display on the sidewalk. The deadline for entry is August 20th. Below is a copy of the time line and instructions for the show.

Entry forms will also be available at tonight's meeting for those members who do not have e-mail or have difficulty opening attachments.
By way of reminder, the location of our meeting tonight has been moved to the Pecan room on the west side of the library.

ENTRY FORM and Fee Due at August 20th meeting
Members may submit up to three paintings: framed originals or giclees. There will be a non-refundable flat fee of $10.00 for all three. Each entry must be gallery ready to hang with picture wire (no saw tooth hangers) and any scratches touched up with a sharpie. Galley ready is critical for hanging the art onto our grids. Artwork may not exceed the size of 36x30, including the frame.
Each artist will be expected to volunteer one hour at the Utica Square show. A show work schedule will be handed out at the September meeting.
Please label each piece of artwork on the back with the Title, Medium, Price, Artist’s Name and Contact Information.
