Let’s Grow!

Our new Publicity Chair (Ken Brown) and his Committee have recently met with Alyssa Adamson. She is a Grad student majoring in Media Marketing and is willing to help Alpha Rho Tau impact the advancement of the organization.

With your help we will be able to foster art and promote the appreciation of art on a level not seen in a long time:

The FIRST thing we have to do is build our invitational email list. We need each of our membership to make a list of people to invite to our Art Shows, Events, etc.

Each member will be responsible to provide a list of 5 valid email addresses of people they know. Along with each list, kindly submit a suggestion for a venue for a future art exhibit.

!!! EXTRA INCENTIVE !!!

If you submit 10 email addresses we will give you a raffle ticket for a chance to win a nice gift at our meeting on March 19, 2018 and/ or on April 16.

For each 10 additional addresses you give you will get another raffle ticket.

Please send your lists of valid emails to Linda Dunbar at: artzyone@cox.net

Note: The email addresses we collect will not be sold or otherwise distributed. Each of the addressees will be able to opt out our email.

Great Opportunities to Show your Stuff

The managers of Postoak Lodge and The Phillips Theological Seminary have both chosen to promote the Artists of Alpha Rho Tau by selecting them from the  A.R.T. member's Facebook Page PHOTO ALBUMS.

Both venues have wonderful Galleries for visitors to view art.

These are great opportunities to share your art in public/private setting and the exhibits are each generally changed quarterly.

In order to be selected you must be a current member of Alpha Rho Tau civic art association.

Create a Photo Album* of your work (up to 14 pieces) on the A.R.T member's page.

These photos should represent a good sample of your talent but they don't have to be the ones you end up exhibiting.

The work you exhibit may be marked NFS if you wish.

If selected to exhibit at one of these venues you will be contacted by the A.R.T. Exhibits Chair to make preparations.

*Refer to the January 2018 Newsletter for instructions on creating a Photo Album
