Door Prizes
Congratulations to Sister Eugenia, Karen Lamb, and John Fingerlin for winning Sharon Allred’s amazing abstracts. Glenda Moon won the bonus door prize; a striking butterfly by Joey Frisillo. The framing of our door prizes is by Jacque Gonzales, courtesy of Ziegler’s. Our door prizes for June are a lovely watercolor abstract by Nancy Swindler and gorgeous roses donated by Nancy Hill. Next General Meeting is June 18, 2012
Our next General Meeting will be held June 18, 2012. The meeting will begin at 6:30 PM at the Hardesty Regional Library, 8316 E. 93rd St., Tulsa, OK 74133.
Jesse Ghere-Feather will be giving a presentation titled "ART is Not Singular". Jesse works in oil, pencil, pastel, pen and ink and scrimshaw. She will be doing a demonstration in scrimshaw. Circle June 18th on your calendar so you won’t miss this meeting!
Everyone really enjoyed June’s speaker, Roy Dale, who also is a new member of ART.

Thank you! We appreciate all the members who signed up to be “Cookie Angels” and “Table-Scape Decorators!!”
If you are an “Angel,” please remember that we need 3 dozen sweets (brownies, mini muffins, cookies, or any treat of your choice) for the meeting. “Decorators” plan on arriving a little early (6:15), so we can set up the table for all our “Angels” and members. Our June 18th meeting “Decorator” will be Mary Oswald. Our June “Angels” are: Jill Brady, Kareen Ramsey, Robin Hutchings and Cindy Crowley.

Greg Motto donated a terrific wooden easel (retail value $349.00) which will be raffled off at our June meeting. Be sure you have your tickets for that and also for other goodies at our raffle table.
On Line Gallery
Do you have your work in our On Line Gallery??? We would like ALL of you put in 3 examples of your art work. This is so simple to do! Just send copies of your art work in jpg. format to Bill Oswald, our amazing Web Wizard, at m.oswald@cox.net and he will do the rest! If you have your own web site, he can direct the viewers to your site for additional paintings.
Upcoming Shows
Now is the time to grab your brushes and get to work on some new paintings. We will be having a booth at Utica Square for Art in the Square in October, and then a judged show in November for our TCC Show. So the lazy days of summer are a perfect time to start on your new masterpieces! Have fun!

The ART Board Meeting will be held on Monday, July 9th due to the holiday weekend. We’ll meet at Ziegler’s; our regular time, 10:30 am and goodies will be provided!
