Art In The Square - 2013
Art in the Square, Utica Square, will be Saturday, October 5, 1213 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
ENTRY FORM and Fee Due at Sept. 16 meeting
Click here for Information Sheet and Time Line
Due to increased membership and limited size of display area, you may enter three paintings for a non-refundable flat fee of $10, but may display less than three, if we don’t have sufficient hanging space. All mediums artwork will need to be limited to a 16 X 20 total size or less, including frame. Watercolor should fit within that frame total size also, and have Plexiglas instead of glass, for safety. Gallery ready is critical for hanging the art onto our grids.
Each artist will be expected to volunteer one or two hours at the Utica Square show. A show work schedule will be handed out at the September meeting.
Please label each piece of artwork on the back with the Title, Medium, Price, Artist’s Name and Contact Information.
